Based in Northamptonshire, I offer a calm and supportive counselling space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted just as you are. Together, we can explore what feels most important to you and what you need from therapy.

People seek counselling for many reasons such as anxiety, low mood, grief, stress or relationship difficulties. Therapy can give you the chance to slow down, reflect, and gain clarity about how you want to move forward. At your own pace, we can talk things through, explore your feelings, build confidence, and find a way forward that feels right for you.
My approach is grounded in person centred and trauma informed principles. I support people experiencing bereavement, anxiety, stress, low self esteem and relationship challenges. Whether you're trying to make sense of the past, adjusting to life changes, or simply taking time to pause and reflect, I can integrate creative therapies and CBT informed methods into our work together.
I offer counselling online, face to face in two Northamptonshire locations, and walk and talk therapy outdoors, so you can choose the setting that feels most comfortable and supportive for you.
